DOD EMALL The Department of Defense Electronic Mall (DOD EMALL) is an online ordering platform used by both DOD and non-DOD agencies. Actions shall be reported to FPDS-NG from these various agencies, therefore Validation Rules specific to the Procurement Instrument Identifier (PIID) need to be suppressed for any actions reported by the DOD EMALL system. Following are the high level functional requirements for this system:

1. All actions reported to FPDS-NG from DOD EMALL shall be done via Business Services and only the procurement actions submitted by the DOD EMALL system shall be subject to suppressed PIID rules.
