DOD EMALL | The Department of Defense Electronic Mall (DOD EMALL) is an online ordering platform used by both DOD and non-DOD agencies. Actions shall be reported to FPDS-NG from these various agencies, therefore Validation Rules specific to the Procurement Instrument Identifier (PIID) need to be suppressed for any actions reported by the DOD EMALL system. | Following are the high level functional requirements for this system:
1. All actions reported to FPDS-NG from DOD EMALL will be done via V 1.4 Business Services only. 2. Delivery/Task Orders, Purchase Orders, Definitive Contracts, BPA Calls, BOAs, BPAs and IDCs that are reported to FPDS-NG from DOD EMALL will NOT be subjected to the PIID rules. PIID rules will continue to apply on all other document types. |
The DOD EMALL system should be certified. |
