Work Package 1

  • Update FPDS-NG to read 4 new flags from CCR load
  • The flags should be retrieved and saved onto the documents based on the DUNS Number
  • Consider adding the flags to the screen without impacting integrators
  • There should not be any change in the version
  • The 4 CCR flags are:
    • Women Owned Small Business
    • Women Owned Small Business Joint Venture
    • Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business
    • Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business Joint Venture

Work Package 2

Update FPDS-NG to add 2 Type of set-aside values. Assign an Effective Date to the new Type of Set Aside values. 2 Type of Set Aside values are:

  • Women Owned Small Business
  • Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business Update
Work Package 3
  • Develop additional Validation rules for the new type of set-asides, vendor flags
  • Update existing rules for the new type of set-asides, vendor flags
Work Package 4
  • Materialized View changes
  • Standard, Adhoc report changes
