IAEENH-1297 / IAEMOD-41294 Activate “Initiative” Data Element (6SI) with New Value: ‘EO: Radical Transparency About Wasteful Spending’ The FPDS “Initiative” data element (6SI) shall be activated and Optional for all document types (i.e. Awards, Indefinite Delivery Vehicles, Other Transaction Awards, Other Transaction Indefinite Delivery Vehicles, and NASA-specific Awards).
